PREVIOUS PROJECT
PE MA house
about the project
The building is divided into three smaller volumes to adjust to the dimensions of traditional construction volumes in the surroundings. These volumes are connected by a hallway that extends into the outdoor space at its ends in the form of fully glazed cubes. This creates a contrast between the compact, enclosed volumes of the building and the airy, connecting element of the hallway. The hallway links the various functional units of the house and visually connects the outdoor spaces of the building's entrance with the outdoor terrace area.
The floor plan of the building is in the ‘L’ shape which creates a sheltered space for an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool in the southern area of the plot. The focal point of the building consists of the indoor common living area and the terrace with swimming pool. By opening glass doors, they become a unified space. The holiday house is designed to accommodate eight people and meets the criteria for a 5-star categorization.
